All I can say is I finally have done it! I have seen one of the world's greatest "show bands". To go back home to South Bend and experience U2 was simply the best. Their "best of" approach with "new sound" injections made the evening special for my wife and two great friends. We made the 4 hour trip with internet bought tickets in hand. We left saying "I could sit all night listening to them just go on and on" Think about it, how many U2 songs can you list that would make it on your take a trip in the car CD!
More than just the music U2 stands for something and everyone on Wednesday could feel that. Thanks for coming to the greatest University in the world and throwing a concert reminiscent of the days when U2 actually competed for my listening time and money! Today there is nothing around that even comes close.
Hellelujah
