WOW!! Last night was amazing as usual. I was impressed with Kings of Leon, I especially enjoyed Eddie Vedder helping them out with their last song.
I have been reading other reviews since the tour began and was curious to hear the sound last night. I must say there were a couple of times it seemed a little muddy. I have to remember it is early in the tour and hopefully when my husband and I catch them again that will all be worked out. This is my second time to see U2 and my husbands 4th. We are huge fans and we will take U2 any day or night, with good sound or not. I enjoyed the set list and was pleasantly surprised to hear Vertigo twice last night. I also enjoyed the little boy getting up on stage and I believe his name was Tracy not Jason. He was great and knew the words. You can never get a U2 fan started too early.
We will opt for GA tickets next time and hope to be lucky enough to enter the ellipse. We paid $160 for our tickets and was hoping to be a little bit closer. We were in section 101.
Overall, it was a great experience. U2 has the same energy they had when they first started. I look forward seeing them again and feel tremendously lucky I was able to catch them perform in Seattle.
