My 16th show since the JT tree tour in 87. My first of this tour. It was an incredible show in every way possible. The setlist was perfection. They were on fire as they ripped through the 1st four songs. They sounded better than ever and Bono's voice hasn't lost anything. The new songs sounded great live and fit right in. The stage worked perfect and the video montages were stunning. This is a not miss show by even the casual fan. As Jimmy Fallon rightly proclaimed after he did a perfect Bono impersonation for Desire, "Best concert ever, anywhere!" They truly are the best live act ever.
This was my 16th overall show, and I can confidently say it was my favorite.
Side points: GA line worked great as always. Were #s 41-43. Took North Side (Adam's side) about 8 people deep on catwalk near main stage. Perfect location. Could even see the video screen pretty much.
