The Greatest Band in the coolest city, what can you say?!! It was an INCREDIBLE time. At one point someone in the crowd handed Bono a crown which he rightfully put on and displayed. At least for one night he WAS the KING of NEW YORK! This was my fourth show on this tour and it was a great way to end this leg of the tour. They changed up the show enough to keep the suprise element there. The highlight of the show for me was how they played Desire at the tip of the heart. It was great to see.
Miami, Houston, Chicago, and now New York. The city's all have been great but my home town of Houston was the greatest. Next off to see them in August in London at Earl's Court and their hometown show of Dublin.
Hopefully they will come back in the fall and another round of shows can be experienced. If you have not seen them yet in concert pray that they come back. You will not be disappointed. It was wonderful to see U2 back at top form this spring and prove all the critics wrong.
Cheers to all the fans out there, be proud the boys are back and here to stay. U2 ROCKS!
