After this MSG show, I can't imagine how anyone could possibly think that U2 is not giving their all on this tour - they delivered such an amazing performance and once again proved why they are still the best. I can only conclude that "fans" who only find fault with this tour and fart and moan about the setlist, Bono's voice, the beer they spilled on themselves while trying to eat their hot dog ... etc. are just plain grumpy. But hey, considering this show fell right in the middle of my finals, I'm currently quite grumpy and I have no complaints! So maybe these people need to be fans of some other band (I suggest Aerosmith - good hot dog and beer music) and let others who actually like U2 have their tickets! Anyway, I had a great view from section 316 row B. Every so often I would look around at the audience and on every song, even fans in the seats furthest from the stage were jumping up and down as if they were in the ellipse - That's an incredible thing to see! This was my fifth concert (1 popmart 3 elevation) and the experience just gets better and better - this was probably the most musically tight show I have ever been to. After the show, my sister ("Rebecca" - Hi!) and I waited to see if the band would come out and greet the fans. All I was expecting was to catch a glimpse as they got into their SUVs - I never thought that I would be fortunate enough to shake hands with both Bono and The Edge! It was definitely a magical night! Fortunately, I'll be able to catch them again in the fall - can't wait!!!
