Great show again. The best of the 4 shows I saw at the Garden on this tour. The sound was better also. The boys were on fire and played like their lives depended on it. Patti Smith was awesome. She showed how bi-partisan the NY U2 fans are when she talked about bringing our troops back from Iraq. Half of the crowd booed while the other half applauded. So much for NY being a blue state, unless we had a lot of mid-west and southern visitors last night! U2’s set-list was on of their best. Instant Karma was a surprise, and despite Bono trepidation (“I hope we don’t fuck this up”) they pulled it off with help from Patti. If you are reading this down under, get ready for next year’s shows.
