But what happened at the end? That was all I was left wondering after what was, up until then, a very good show. It seemed clear that it wasn't supposed to end that way...and if you had to choose between Instant Karma w/ Patti Smith or "40"/"Bad"...well sorry Patti.
Had a great moment walking up 33rd Street at around 11:50 to grab a cab on 8th when the Edge's car pulled off the ramp. I originally figured it was Chuck Dolan after a long hard day of sticking pins in his Mike Bloomberg doll, but when Edge got out the few people there were amazed. He talked for a few minutes (warned us all to get out of the cold), signed autographs, posed for pictures and then drove off. He was such a gentleman. Thanks Edge...for everything.
