Excellent first show in the Garden. Bono was in fine voice. Edge was electric. Adam was solid and Larry was hummin' I wonder why U2 don't invite the stars that come out to see them on stage? Pavarotti was in the audience tonight. What a show it would have been if Luciano came on stage (on his feet or in a wheelchair) to join Bono for Miss Sarajevo. Back in Cork in the 80's I had the sense that management made all the decisions. Some things never change. All in all a great show, with or without Pavarotti.
