This was my first u2 concert since right after 9/11 (i think october..) and i really didn't think the band could pull off a more memorable performance, but I am happy to report that this show takes the cake. I am a relatively new u2 fan, so this is only my 5th show, but they played songs last night i really never thought i'd ever get to hear in person. I mean, electric co., Miss Sarajevo, Zoo Station, and 40. we also sang happy birthday to Luciano Pavarotti. a great great set!
this was my favorite show ever! and yes i do have a limited number of shows to compare it to, but this one was really awesome. and bono sang his heart out! i didnt notice any problems with his voice at all. a live rock show is NOT the same as playing a cd in your car. its going to sound different.
