All I can say is OH MY! I have been going to U2 shows since 1987 must be close to 20 shows now, and they still amaze me!I could just go on & on forever about how amazing all the boys are. Edge is electrical, Larry is mystical, Adam is consistently on point, and Bono oh sweet Bono that voice so powerful, so sweet, so convincing.
The crowd was at the highest level of energy I have seen them in the Garden yet on this tour. As a Pavarotti fan myself, Bono was simply astonishing doing his part. I'm sure Pavarotti would be proud. The goose bumps never went away. And yes his voice faltered during Streets, but he is only human. It bring some realism to the entire show. Yahweh ofcourse was terrific. Bad was absolutely the best sound of the night. It sounded as though Bono's voice got stonger as the night progressed. 40 always makes me smile. It brings me back to when I was a teeneager at my very 1st U2 show during The Joshua Tree tour. No other band in the world can compete. They truly are The World's Best Rock 'n Roll Band. Thank you Bono & the Boys. I'm looking forward to Friday night, & Nov 22nd and ofcourse to finish up for me in Boston. What a great night, a great tour and an unbelieveable Band.
