I am from the old school of U2 concerts and have seen perhaps more than 30 shows all over the world. 10/11 at MSG did not thrill me. I was excited by some of the songs, and really surprised over some others, and not in a good way. Bono was not on top of his game, but Adam, Larry and Edge were amazing! I can do without some of the public service awareness talks too. I love Bono dearly, but one more lecture and I'm headed for the concession stand. I have hope for the shows in November and a better setlist.
