WOW what a show! Been a fan since WAR and have only ever seen them once before on Zoo TV at Three Rivers!
This was a much more intimate atmosphere!
We had tickets behind the stage which I wasn't so upset about until I heard the sound. A bit muffled due to the speakers being higher than the ceiling we were under. So for my favorite songs I moved down onto the railing and the sound was unbeleivable!
CRISP!!!!!
The band was very tight, Bono sounded great! I noticed him working hard on a few high notes. The EDGE was so damn good!
They bring out this kid to play a song! VERY COOL, but how did they know he could play? How did this happen? Bono brings up two kids and sings to them.... Maybe one day those kids will realize what happened there. I'm sure thier parents were freekin!!!
The encores (which were great for die hard U2 fans) to me was missing a huge finish.. like BAD or hold off and do Sunday Bloody Sunday last or something like that.
Other than that, it was a great show and I was blown away by the entire experience... For those of you in the circle... I'm sure it was indescribable!
