Very impressed with the stage and whole sound/lighting setup. Came up to expectations.
I am a massive U2 fan and have seen them many times However I am a bit miffed that Bono admitted to being hung over from a wedding the night before. Not a problem except he seemed to run out of energy during the last half hour. He couldnt hit any of the high notes and just seemed content to swing on that suspended microphone... Bit of a gutter during BAD as he could have really got the crowd going by being out on the catwalk.
The last U2 gig I went to (Elevation tour) he admitted to having slept under a hedge the previous night and looked knackered as well...
Does anyone feel the same about last night?
Anyway a great gig and great band... look forward to seeing them next time...
