Wasn't going to bother seeing the band on European leg having seen them in the States whilst on holiday in NYC, however having seen photos on official website of Stadium stage set and there being tickets available for the 'Sold Out (?)' show curiosity got the better of me.
Being a long time fan I was always going to enjoy the show and it was refreshingly different to the US show, although on balance my preference was the arena version. It was a bit strange having the roof closed but in may respects this was a good thing as we got the benefits of the lights in what was basically a mega arena.
Good mix of songs, old and new, although again I would have to say my US experience was better. Still not too sure why there are two Vertigo's but what the hell eh?
The real highlight though was the crowd, 200% more lively than the yanks so a perfect night would be 20,000 welshmen in NJ.
