WOW!! What an amazing show! Best concert by far that i have ever been too. Every aspect of the show was great. In comparing this show to the POPMART 97 concert at Olympic Stadium I went to, I would have to say that the sound overall was much better and best of all it was a more intimate setting as the last reviewer said. I though the whole stage setup was really well designed too. As for the band I thought they played an excellent set with lots of energy and enthusiasm. They played a good mixture of old and new stuff. Highlights for me included Out of Control, Sunday Bloody Sunday, Bullet the Blue Sky (solo guitar bit), and of course my favorite song One. I felt a bit sorry for PJ Harvey there when she had to restart that song like 3 or 4 times!! It was kind of funny but she was a good sport about it. As for U2, yet again they have proven to me that they are indeed the biggest band in the world! I am really hoping the rumor is true that they might be coming to Ottawa in October!
