The Elevation concert was amazing! I prayed that the experience would never cease. It was as if Bono had personally invited us into U2's psyche for just a few hours.

The Edge was ingenious. We were in awe at his incredible talent! During one song in particular, he played the keyboard and guitar (among other instruments) and ran back just in time to sing. I truly admire his endless skill.

It was refreshing to observe the amount of respect each band member has for the other and how well they work together. Throughout the show, I noticed the Edge, Larry Mullen Jr., and Adam Clayton watching Bono closely for changes. It is no wonder that this band has lasted for so long.

Bono was incredible-I only wish I had been closer to him. I envied the two girls who danced with him for Mysterious Ways and Withor Without You. My dream-to dance one song with him. Any song would do, but I would prefer it to be Kite. (Just in case Bono happens to be browsing through here-email me, please) His voice was heavenly-even when he mixed up the lyrics to Angel of Harlem-one of my favorites. He was respectful to us by apologizing for the mix-up. I also loved hearing from him that Ali has "a baby in her belly" and that "The Sweetest Thing" was for her. He is an exceptional performer and a wonderful human.
The setup was conducive to all getting involved. Multiple screens were so helpful in allowing us to appreciate and experience Bono's every facial movement and sensuous move, as well as the Edge's every ingenious move.

He elevated the entire audience during songs like New York, Sunday Bloody Sunday, and Walk On. Viewing the lyrics on the audience and walls let those who did not know the song sing along. It was exciting when he actually walked off the stage, on to the floor, ran through the crowd, and out the back, just before the encore. During the encore, he took out the spotlight and shined it into the crowd drawing us all into his party on the floor. I didn't want the night to end.
