This has by far been the best show of my stint on the tour.
Nationwide was really rocking last night and the acousticsw were fabulous.
Positioned ourselves right on the tip of the heart, again.
Highlights:
meeting PJ Harvey (she signed my propaganda!) and bono and edge before the show.
Unil the End of the World - Bono jumped onto the railing and he helod my hand to hold him up... great photos.
Gone
I WIll Follow - extended "your eyes make a circle". It seemed like Bono was just riffing in a poetry club.
Stay - sang into somebody's cell phone.
the Fly- grabbed a Bible out of the audience and threw it against his chest and started shaking. He then proceeded to stuff it into his backpocket and walk offstage.
Where the Streets Have No Name - the most energy I've seen in a song ever.
Larry stayed out the longest he has this tour shaking hands and accepting flowers at the end.
See you in Indy.
