I was the Lighting Designer for the opening act, Oingo Boingo. We had a great time and the day before the show the producer, Greg Mundy, arranged for a trimaran sailboat charter for all the bands. Most of U2 were onboard with their wives and some of the Oingo Boingo and crew. What a great day and we got to hang with all of them. The Edge was the friendliest but they were all gracious. We all swam in the ocean or rather were towed by a rope from the end of the boat. The concert the next day was really terrrific. I have a poster from the concert I will share.
