This was my first U2 concert. We arrived and went up to our seats, up in the nodebleeds, but were still amzed at the view. Lenny Kravitz opened and was wonderful. Just as it started getting dark the show began and we were on our feet for the entire evening.
I remember that Bono and Edge talked about hanging out with Metaliica in San Fransisco the night befire. They then went into "Desire"- and Edge messed up! he started going off into a guitar solo from a different song and Bono had the band stop and asked him if the drinks from the night before were still messing with him, before they started again.
To this day one of the best shows I have ever seen, and it cemented me as a lifelong U2 fan!
