Despite my loathsome thoughts about dowtown Detroit, U2 really lifted my sprirts and made me appreciate the poverty that exists all over this fine city. Appreciate the fact that something needs to be done about it and that thi scity is only going to get worse.
Crumbes from Your Table, Miss Sarajevo, and One all were amazing tracks tonight. I went to get a hotdog and heard the opening lines from Crumbs - I couldnl;t beleive it. I love thi ssong!
I ran back to my seat and some jerk was sitting there. I sai dto him "where you sit should not decide, whether you live or whether you die. Two to a seat, Paul Hewson said - dignity passes by!!!"
With that, the jerk moved and I enjoyed Crumbs and hot dog.
