The Denver performance was epic--if U2 is reapplying for the job of best rock band in the world, Denver would love to invite them back for a second interview!! The sound left something to be desired, but in some ways that added to the charm of the stripped down rock show! The set list was suprising as well, leaving off hits like Hold me, Thrill me, Pride, Stay, Desire, Angel of Harlem and rather opting for 3 songs of Pop (which may have been a bit much) and New York. Also missing was Bono's dance with a female fan. Sunday Bloody Sunday was amazing, probably the high point of the show!--Bono and the Edge were both fabulous at working the crowd. The GA seats were a novel step for the band to take--what an amazing night! Cant wait for our next date!
