First off, I'll tell you that this was my first U2 concert. Secondly, I have to say that it was frickin' awesome! I think the opener couldve been better, but COBL was pretty good. The Bullet the Blue Sky-New Year's Day-Sunday Bloody Sunday thing was amazing, especially new years day. definitely the high point for me was 'bad,' just because i love the song, and bono hit all the high notes in 'wiiiiiide awake.' that was after he pulled up a little boy from the GA and told him pretty much 'to stay the same' it was pretty cool, ill say that. bono's voice is fine, in my opinion, and the Edge was great when he had solos on the guitar/piano. which reminds me of original of the species, which was also just great! sure, i wouldve LOVED to have heard with or without you, but after seeing that they have only played it once on the tour so far, my hopes were kinda dashed. oh well...other than that small detail, it was AMAZING! and here be some pictures...
