my son stefan and i have just returned back to montana from both u2 shows in denver.nothing short of awesome.april 21 2005 will always be in my memory bank ,for more than one reason. The first night was amazing, but the intensity I felt off the second night was unsurpassible. after a little tailgate party. we hung out near the preferred entrance of u2 only members .yes a few moments with bono started the evening like no other, ever. bono shook a few hands, hug some ladies and took some photos with a lucky few.pretty sweet bonus. off to the show.we were on the floor on the edges side about five rows back. very intense.City of Blinding lights is a perfect opener, and 40 was a great way to end the show. Vertigo, New Years Day, and Bad were amoung my favorites.the irish boys are turning the corner on this tour right now!!! All in all, I dont feel the concert could of really been better. And props to the reviewer who stood up for Kings of Leon. I heard alot of people bashing them and their sound, and they have no reason to. KOL is a great band and their is a reason they are opening for U2. Buy their CD. My only hope now is to maybe see them in Portland or Oakland. To our freinds in Georgia who took the pictures of us with Bono Please Please send us the Photos!
