Show 7 of 12 on the tour!!! If you have never traveled by air to see U2 go for it. It's a cool experience landing in another city. Driving to the venue with the "out of town for you" local radio station all pumped up about the show! Hearing their local flavor!
Got to Pepsi Center at 4:30 and to me extreme excitment ran into Bono as he arrived. Check the pictures! He was very very cool and took his time with everyone!
What a show. In my opinion the best set list to date with Gloria, Bad and Original of a Species played on Thursday. The boys are well tuned and ready to head North and then hit the East Coast on a roll!!
Saw the shows from behind the stage "very underated seats" next too, from the front row in front of the Edge in the Bomb Shelter and regular GA Center 15 rows from cat walk and 5 rows from cat walk to Adam's side.
I agree with some that if you go to 2 shows get GA for one and seated seats for the other. Two totally different shows fomr those two differnt vantage points!!
Well U2 this is my last show of the 1st leg. Starting at opening night in San Diego, through SoCal, Phoenix and topping it with one of the best shows to date in Denver!!
Thanks Bono, Edge, Adam and Larry!! See ya in Paris on July 10th!!!
What a night what a show and Thursday night the boys played rock and roll!!! 9.5 out of 10!
