Wow, I took me a whole week to catch my breath from that show. This is my second time seeing them, I caught them in Baltimore back in 2001, and I didn't think that show would ever be topped.
As soon as the music started for COBL, I knew they still had it, and I knew this was going to be a show like no other, as all their shows are. I think Love and Peace and COBL are going to be permanent additions to the set list in the same way Streets and Pride have become timeless. Gloria was a very nice surprise. Love and Peace was definitely the highlight of the night for me. It's one of those songs that just grows on you the more you hear it.
I was sitting in section 116, Row 5, looking straight at them. It was excellent seating with no limited view. I'm planning on seeing them in Oakland this November, but my tickets are the lower section behind the stage. I got a decent deal so I'm not crying about it. I was wondering if someone could write a review on here saying how it is from behind the stage, or drop me an e-mail at dufflight_dba@yahoo.com Did you feel you missed out on something or was it just as amazing?
