Okay I just returned home to Boston from both U2 shows in Toronto. It is amazing how fans can put a downer on a show. Tonight my 38th U2 show since 1985 was by setlist okay. I loved Blue Room and the new songs work well. I don't care for the Go Crazy remix. I was bummed no Bad and few older songs. If I only had tickets for this show I would be really sad but my review of tomorrow night's show will be better on the part of the band and the fans. I felt like I had to sit down to accommodate not ruining the view for other people behind me who sat and just sat - made up my mind finally that I was standing, had waited all summer for this show and I did just that. U2 was great - the show was solid. Am sorry I am writing such a yucky review because of fans. I am exhausted and will write a review of tomorrow nights show Saturday. I am going to see them on Sunday at Gillette and I hope they play Bad. Rock on. Peace!
