Hi I just got back from the Portland concert. It was so cool to see them on Easter Sunday. They sang Amazing Grace after Pride and dedicated One to Joey Ramone who just died earlier today. The emotion in all of the songs was incredible. Bono and the boys were in top form tonight and produced a blazing set of hits. My only regret is that they didn't plug in for desire. Oh well, they surely proved that they are the best band on the Planet tonight. I'm so psyched and I'm never gonna get to sleep tonight. This was my first U2 concert and it was incredible. They played bad and got the crowd to sing 40 at the end. It was spectacular. His voice was in great shape tonight and the edge was rippin out the melodies on his guitar. He asked if anyone had seen a brown leather bag. He said he lost it 20 years ago hear and two pretty women walked away with it. He said that now was a time for forgiveness and that he would be happy to have it back. (bono had his lyrics stolen in Portland right before the october album for anyone who was confused.) This seemed to be the longest set that they have played on the tour. I wouldn't have changed a thing about the choice of songs. Simply Incredible. WWWWHHHHHHOOOOOOOHHHHHHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
