It had been six years since i'd seen the boys on the Joshua Tree tour and I was hungry for another U2 experience. I wasn't to be disapointed. Beautiful Day hadn't been written then but thats just what this was! What an amazing atmosphere. Everything just gelled together to make it an awesome experience. The U2 heads! Stereo MC's! The Video juke box! Did that guy really do that to his neighbours car? And then it was time...the opening, slashing guitar and beat of Zooropa and Bono rising up with the European Empire Stars behind him! Bono said that looking out on the vast audience made Wembley Stadium look like a bowling green? And it did! I didn't want to go home, I just wanted it to last forever
