It's hard for me, personally, to describe my first U2 concert. Walking into the arena and seeing the catwalk there, I just stood there and this big smile broke out on my face, thinking to myself how awesome this is going to be. I didn't think I would really stand for 2+ hours, but you know what? You get so absorbed into the show that nothing else really matters.
My personal highlights from the show include the reworked version of The Fly was awesome. Honestly, it makes Limp Bizkit sound like The Carpenters. Utterly amazing! Also, The Ground Beneath Her Feet. I think I was one of 10 people in the audience who actually knew that song from the Million Dollar Hotel soundtrack, and the lyrics are beautiful.
