We got to the rain drenched San Jose Arena at 1pm to try our way into the heart. Five hours later we made it into the heart-as it turned out people who showed up at 4pm got into the heart as well. I really think the best place in the heart is the middle/back--there is plenty of room to dance and you can follow Bono wherever he goes---and you can leave the heart after PJ plays and get food and go to the bathroom and never worry about losing your spot.
Kite was awesome!!!
If you have GA tickets it is worth the wait to get into the heart. I had reserved seat for the 19th show and it was great but the heart was an elevating experience.
