by Marla Stout, Andy Rork, Hubler
What a show, what a night. Andy is married to both Marla and I (I am Hubler).
We were in the front row for this show. Andy held both of us throughout the show. We did small line dances as we had the space. Our favorite part of the show had to be Streets. Bono screamed Africa, we screamed Africa right back to him. Bono looked at us from the corner of the stage and winked at all of us. We were in Bono heaven.
Lastly, I want to thank my students for donating their money to our fund to see U2. They know how much we love them. We want to give special thanks to Andy Wallace who subsidized the entire trip.
Anyway, back to the show. We all looked at each other in shock if they were playing Miss Sarajevo. And they were. We could not believe it. We looked at each other in bewilderment as we all expected Running to Stand Still. Anyway, the crowd was so silent listening to Bono belt out the opera. They only applauded when he hit the high notes, and then complete silence.
What show what a night.
