I remember walking down O'Connell St. coming from College to get the bus home and was stopped in my tracks by a commotion outside the Savoy Hotel. I'll never forget it, when U2 appeared from a limo, and commenced and a live unplanned gig at around 7pm on a rainy Thursday, with a crowd of no more than 200 people.
I remember vividly standing there in the rain, transfixed, alone, motionless, with goosebumps, noone to share the moment with. I'll remember it forever, as one of the most special moments of my life.
