My husband and I were lucky enough to have seen U2 in St. Louis last night: it was as great as all the previously posted fan reviews have stated. We were probably two of the oldest fans there (I have clothes older than 90% of the audience) but I can honestly say I have NEVER seen a St. Louis crowd rock like they did last night! It was probably the best concert I have seen or will ever see. The crowd was the best behaved I have seen and I've been going to concerts in St. Louis for over 30 years. I am sorry they booed Mr. West: that is wrong.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading all of the fans reviews because they were right on target for how it was: a "beautiful" NIGHT for all of us who were lucky enough to have been there! I hope U2 can "shine on and on and on and on" for a long, long time. I would have loved to have heard them do John Lennon's Happy Christmas song, but everthing else was perfect. We really hope to see them again someday.
