I know it's late as hell to reveiw Dallas, but I was so moved reading about the Slane 1 show, I just wanted someone to know how truly special it is to attend this tour. I lucked out and got in the heart! One of the best moments was UTEOTW, I could reach out and touch Edge's feet with one hand and Bono's with the other... unbelievible!!! Bono was right in front of us much of the night and I kept making him chuckle at me, 'cause as my friend who went with me said I was like a 12 year old girl at N'Sync, ( I am 23, male, and I'm not Arnold Scwarztenegger(?), but I'm not little, so this must have been a funny sight...:)Anyway, I got to meet Paul McGuiness too, and he was very friendly and thankful for myself and my friends making it to the show(As if we would miss it)... Back to now, I was an admirer of Bob Hewson as well, I thought his marrying protestant in that point in history in Ireland was alot like a biracial relationship in southern america in the 1960's, very brave, very cool, and very Hewson... Reading about the performance of one, and Bono's getting teary during the end was very moving, and I wanted every body to know, I am VERY, VERY proud to be a U2 fan, and honored to have gotten to see them on this tour, so close to the stage, I really felt a part of it, and that is something I will treasure for the rest of my life. Thanks!!!
