Went to this show with my new girlfriend back in 1985. She turned me onto U2. The show was alot more energetic than I had expected and I was struck at how U2 could make a 17,000+ seat arena seem intimate. Watched some dude with big hair, a pink tank shirt (it was the 80's!) accidentally (drunkenly) dump beer all down the back of some bleach haired blondie who was walking down the steps just ahead of him. Our whole section burst into aplause and laughter...what a riot! (shameful but funny!) We have been married for 19 years and now our 10 year old son goes to their shows wit us and loves them!
