I have say, compared to the Saturday Anahiem show, the 4/5 Staples show was lacking some energy. The crowd didn't seem into it, looking from behind the stage, the crowd seemed to be sitting down most of the time. U2 sounded great and seemed to be having some fun, but maybe the mid-week crowd wasn't as drunk as the Saturday night crowd. The early stuff like Electric Co. was great, but this was a definte Pride and With or Without you crowd, I was expecting the crowd to sing "40" out into the parking lot, but some in the crowd didn't really know what to do until the verse "how long to sing...." started getting louder, then everyone came around. Anyway, Still a good performance by the band, although I was hoping for a different set, but same set from Sat. night.
