My 19th U2 show and I wasn't disapointed at all. Well, I would still prefer to hear New Years Day at any show, it was still fantastic. It is always nice to hear songs I haven't heard live before (Miss Sarajevo) so I can't complain there. Bono nailed it as well as the opera section. He was right on with Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own as well. It is amazing his voice is holding up somewhat after all these shows. I Will Follow, Bloody Sunday and Streets still rock the house. The Edge is the man. What a true musician and magician. I'll put this show at #4 for the Vertigo Tour shows I've seen behind both Croke Park shows and 2nd night in LA during the first leg. And that is only because I was front row 2 ft away from The Edge. Definietly blew away opening night in San Diego and night two there. It is off to the Bay area for my 20th U2 show on Monday and then that it is it for U2 until the next tour :)
Walk On!
