I first saw U2 in 1993 when I was 13 years old I had shit sits but it didn't stop me from having a great time. I couldn't wait to see U2 again, it was bad how it was a 4-year wait but god was it worth it!!
I won my tickets to the U2 concert through tripple M (a radio station in Sydney).
My seat was right in front of the stage four rows back. But who would sit at their seat? I walked right up to the fence and stayed there.
Bono was right in front of me for most of the concert. He didn't seem to mind the fact that I was taking photos of him, looking right at me as I was taking them.
I loved U2 for 6 years which is a third of my life . The concert was brillent when bono first came on stage to sing MOFO as he was walking away he nearly slipped over because the stage was wet.
My favourite parts of the show are:
* When Bono bent over during Hold me Thrill me.. right in front of me so I could kiss his ass.
* When Bono had tears in his eyes when he was talking about Michael H before they played One
* And all the rest of the concert as it was so good. I can't wait to see them again.
It was lucky that I went to the Brisbane concert (I was 2 rows back only cost $99.50) Cause then I saw the lemon mirrorball work.
