Well, I can't say much more than Matt's review. I was in the heart and it was just an incredible experience. I loved Zoo TV for the visuals, PopMart for the sheer size, but this was by far the best show musically. The boys were definitely on, they seemed to have a great time, and their enjoyment could be heard in the music, which made our experience that much better. At the end of the show I was completely spent and I couldn't stop singing "Walk On" for days.
Show highlights for me were "The Fly", "Walk On", and "Bad." The scrolling words "Leave It Behind" throughout the whole stadium during "Walk On" gave me shivers.
Thanks also to all the people that braved the rain all day and hung out in line from 8am till 6. That does NOT include the two trenchcoat wearing older women that cut to the front of the line right before they opened the doors, you know who you are.
This was the best U2 concert I've ever seen!
