Sometimes you attend something that moves you in a way that is hard to put into words. Last night in Minneapolis U2 put on a show that can only be described with a look of exhaustion. For over 2 hours U2 took 18 thousand people on a trip of pure joy. The show never stopped, it never slowed to an unbearable pace, it rocked. less than 12 hours later I can not remember everything I wanted to remember. One particular song during the concert really summed up the amazing crowd last night. Sunday Bloody Sunday.... During this song the crowd was illuminated by lights and I looked around. Keeping in mind that we were close to the back of the arena in the upper deck. Every single person was standing and clapping in sync. Simply amazing. I can not say enough about the crowd, I'm not sure how it has been at other venues but the Target Center was alive with passion, emotion, love and excitement. If you do not have tickets to this show, GET THEM! You will fall in love with music over and over again. My eyes are still glazed over in pleasure after the most amazing show I have ever seen. Thank you Larry for starting this band.
I've been Elevated. Wont you join me?
