Some people loved this show for sure. It was okay. This show lacked the testosterone and surging anthems that U2 is famous for. There are some huge hits on the setlist but what you don't see is that "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" had just enough soul to make it at Sunday mass, that's about it. The crowd sang most of it. They played mostly new songs which was to push their new album which by the way is boring compared to anything before 1994. It seemed U2 was focused on their image and how the music made them look. I saw them at the Fleet Center in June '01 and they were incredible but this time they felt out of gas. These past two albums have been just radio friendly songs. Where is that fearless songwriter who writes what he feels not what sells? "I am not afraid of anything is this world" Yes you are, losing Greatest Rock Band in the World status.
