almost 10 years for mexico to wait and u2 began his latin american tour on monterrey soil.
it was one of the best concerts i ever been, i was on the right arm facing the stage and i can tell you that no one i mean no one is like this guys....the turn on the already freezing and tired people into a bunch of bouncing fans screeaming for more.
on of the coolest thing was before the concert when 2 of the staff girls pop up a grammy and lay it on the stage....i have a blury photo but it was cool....memorable also was to heard bono sayin see the world in red and green and sang to the monterrey moon, one was my favorite...and of course cielito lindo was just the stuff that we need to hear from this nobel nominee man.
too bad that after the show we heard in the news that a local police shoot to the air to calm down a few unofficial vendors.
also the people outside the elipse and in the benches of the stadium was not as exited as the one where we were.
i think only a few songs were mised like new years day, miracle drug, walk on and unforgetable fire.
but over all the concert was perfect for me....i love u2 and i will look forward for the next tour.
best luck to you all guys...here are a few pics that i take.
