WOW!!! What a show!!
It's taken me almost a week, to try to come up with the words to do justice for what was a truly awesome show, and I still don't know how to express it. I just wish I'd managed to get tickets for the first show as well, before they sold out.
My thanks goes out to the band, who made one of my dreams come true... to be right up the front leaning over the barrier, trying to get Bono, Edge and Adam to reach out, (was on left hand side... so missed a close up with Larry). Having missed the tour in both '93 and '98 due to exams, to finally be there after 13 years it was just unbelievable. After having camped out all night to get the tickets, waiting through the postponement, then lining up at the Telstra Dome from 8am in the morning, through the long hot day, it was certainly worth it. An experience I am sure I will never forget.... and yes I would do it all again tomorrow. Let's hope they come out again soon.
Thanks also have to go out to the crowd who were just brilliant and the Telstra Dome security team who did a great job.
