My first show on the third leg of the tour--I've seen Chicago 1 and Boston 1 from May and June. The songs are noticeably of a slower tempo than the earlier shows.
When Bono took his glasses off (not sure when--probably at the end of Until the End of the World) it was an interesting moment, done with great drama. It was like he was "wrestling" with them to get them off his face and then he blinked in the light, rubbing his eyes.
A personal highlight was hearing "Wild Honey" live for the first time. Edge has such a beautiful, beautiful voice that I wish he had another solo song on this tour.
The girl guitarist wore a big grin on her face the whole time she played "People Get Ready." Bono remarked on that in his improvised lyrics. At the end of the song he put the microphone in her face and she gave an impressive bluesy wail to end the song. Bono broke out into a big grin himself and said something like "I remember when I had that much nerve."
"Please" was another highlight, and "What's Going On?" (basically all the songs I hadn't heard yet on this tour!)
