This was my first ever U2 show, and first ever show by a major band, so I don't have much fame of reference, but I thought it was damn F*****g great. I cannot believe that I got to see the show from inside the ellipse. The most I can say, is u2 met my expectations, and that, if you know me, is saying a lot. the double helping of vertigo was a treat, because that song got the place rocking. Edge's solo during Bullet the Blue Sky was amamzing.
Many of you aren't fans of with or without you being played live, but the fact is, when you're there, that song does something totally out of the ordinary for you. Its something special, and I will always be thankful that it was included in this concert. Pride was also a highlight.
I don't know whether I will ever see a U2 gig again, but I know that this show has left me completely satisfied and assured that U2 is the biggest and best band on the planet.
