Saw the boys for the 10th time Saturday night. I disagree with the media reviews published in this mornings papers.U2 put on a solid peformance and I left the show satisfied having seen some of the new mixed with the old. Sure, I would have loved hearing "One Tree Hill" or "So Cruel" but you know what? I'm sure most everyone left the show not hearing something that would have made the night 100% complete. That's the chance you take when you see a band with this much history. Accept it. And accept the show for what is is. Entertainment. I bought my ticket thru a broker at a premium ( 200 level ) and I was more than happy with what I got. The critics dont pay for thier seats, it's thier job to slice and dice each performance. You have to respect thier right to thier opinion althought you dont alway's agree. The only issue I had with the show was the fact "Yaweh" was not as presented on the CD and sort of a downer compared to what it could have been. But in the end it was U2 and whats wrong with that?
