I had been looking forward to this show for a long time -- it would be the first time my wife had ever seen them. Being in the front row between Bono and Edge was a good start to the night! Outside of the frog in Bono's throat, the show started off strong and only got better as the night wore on. The energy was constantly present in the ellipse.
It was like U2 threw a party for my wife, myself and our 20,000 closest friends.
COBL sounds amazing live! I was able to get my hands on a copy of the setlist. It will go with the momentos I have of the show.
If you have any photos, videos or audio, especially shot from the ellipse, please e-mail me! I'd love to see/hear them.
P.S. To the fan reviewer of the 5/9 show named Rhia, the tall girl in front of you was my wife. :) She's 6'2".
