Sigh...for those of you who read my review of the May 10th show, you'll know what I mean....it's apples and oranges, not apples & apples!
Tonight was SO different...in a good way. No more DVD pressure to 'perform'...just time for some fun with the fans! Mixin' up the setlist, diff intro, friends gathering around the drum kit...the lads from Dublin had fun, therefore, I had a great time...and what an understatement that is! Days later & I can still see them in my head & hear them in my ears.
TOTALLY rocked out with my B/F Mer & her husband Darrin in the second level--better view of Larry that way! In Sept, their daughters are coming along for their first U2 concert! Can't wait. I'm mourning the departure of the boys from the Windy City. THANK GOD Bono loves Chicago!
