I must say that in this show Bono and Co. had the most energy out of the 4 elevation shows I have been to. I thought the Notre Dame show couldn't be topped (excellent sound and GREAT seats), but this show (bad seats and so-so acoustics) crushed the N.D. show. The crowd and the band were in sync and the vibe was solid.
Out of control was truly out of control. I don't think I've everseen Bono or Edge that involved. In the middle of the song Bono picked up a cup of water, brought it up to the front of the stage, and punted it into the crowd spraying water everywhere. The place went nuts!. I'm still geting goose bumps just thinking about that performance.
The tour seems to be picking up steam and the band seems to be enjoying themselves more. To know that U2 can still invoke raw emotion and control a crowd like they do after nearly 25 years is truly unbelieveable.
Thank you Bono, Larry, Adam, and the Edge.
