WOW!! What else can I say?! This was my girlfriend's and my third and last show for this tour. We've been to Indy for Bono's birthday, and Detroit, which were both excellent, but this one topped them both. The emotion given off from the band, especially now with everything that's going on, is so cool. Sarah and I arrived at the United Center at about 4am, Monday. We couldn't seem to find the GA line, as we had never been to the UC before. Finally, we found the line about 5am, parked the car, and took our places on the sidewalk. We spent a long, COLD, 13 hours outside, but the 5 hours inside that heart made it completly worth it. We met some really cool people in the line, and even a begger or two. Darren and Susan, Jesse, his friend (I never did catch his name), the girl who's cake Bono ate:), sorry, can't remember your name either, but you know who you are. It's really cool how when you get there, you don't know anyone, and then as the day goes on, conversations happen, and by the end of the night, you've made new friends. Thanks, D&S, for getting Sarah and I in the front row with you guys, and for the hot chocolate:). That was quite the experience! Dano, good luck dude, hope the tribute band goes well.

U2 and Garbage have been my two most favorite bands for quite a while now, so to have them both in one place on the same night was awesome! Garbage played all their classics; Push it, #1 Crush, Only Happy..., Paranoid, Special, and a few from the new album as well. Very cool show. If anyone happens to have a recording of Garbage's performance that night, please let me know.
After their part of the show, Duke tossed his pick out into the crowd and I caught it. A very cool souvenier.

A few songs played as we stood there and talked and just hung out, and then, we heard the familiar intro to Stevie Wonder's Higher Ground and we all started cheering. We knew what was coming up. Then came All you need is love, Sgt. Peppers, and at last, the Influx intro!! The crowd went wild. On came the boys, we continued our cheering. Adam was right in front of us! So cool. I aimed our camera at him, he noticed, smiled directly at me until I took the picture!! So cool! Anyhow, this show was awesome. Most of the main details have been given in other reviews, so I won't rewrite them again. I was able to obtain one of the Edge's picks from Dallas Schoo, Edge's technician. One more awesome souvenier. One last highlight for us, which I'm not sure how many people actually saw this, but after Walk On, when the band was leaving, Larry ran over, jumped off the stage, right in front of us, and gave his drumsticks to two girls behind us who had signs asking for them. Good times, good times:). Well, for those of you who are going to future shows, enjoy, get those GA's if you haven't already, and get in that heart! I have many awesome close up pics which I will post on here as soon as I make the scans.
Peace on Earth,
-Ryan
